Maxwell at 6 months
Maxwell turned 6 months old last Monday April 22nd. Wow, how time has flown by. The other day Brooke and I were looking at photos of him when he was just a newborn, and my how he has grown and his features changed in just short six months.
He is eating solid foods, and loves dinner time. Stella is always lurking below to clean up his spills. He lately has been loving to hold, chew, and play with our turvis tumblers.
Maxwell has a beautiful smile, flirty eyes brown eyes, soft light brown hair, and high-pitched giggle and laugh that I can hear throughout the house. It always makes me smile to hear him babble, shriek, and laugh when Brooke is giving him his nightly bath. We are both blessed to know him and love him dearly!!

Oh, and I am a papa now
And then there came unto them a son, Maxwell
So, I don't update this as much as I should or could, but the whole point is to let the world know Brooke and I welcomed our first born, our son Maxwell, into the world on October 22, 2012 at 6:50 a.m.
He was breech, so had to be delivered by C- Section. Everything was smooth during the procedure, and now our family is 4 ( really 3, but I must include the best damn dog in the world, Stella Blue).
My love for this little man, this bundle of joy combined from his mama's genes and mine, is unfathomable. Also, my new found love and respect for my wife is immense. No one told us she was not to get more than 2 or 3 hours sleep for weeks straight, all the while I sat there (in bed mind you at 3 am) while she fed him.
I have gone back to work since October, and she has enjoyed every day being with him, watching and helping him grow. Today, she had to drop him off at daycare, and leave him with "another woman".
Maxwell's eyes, his little lips, his panza (pudgy belly), his toes, his floppy ears, his nose, everything about him I am enamored with. His whole family is excited for him to be here, and we have been waiting so long.
